LC-1100 Full-Automatic high precision window patching machine is the latest developed mainly for the corrugated paper box window patching in extra large size. The length of the paper could reach 750mm with the width of 1100mm.It adopts separate servo motor paper and film feeding with importing NITTA paper belt, independent designed main control board which is intelligent enough and easy to adjust. It is applicable for the partial film patching of various kinds of corrugated paper boxes package and cardboard package in thickness of 3mm.It is also capable of running through dule-channels for the small size paper.

1. Bottom friction box feeder ensures smooth and stable box feeding.

2. Photo-electric tracing and central controlfor box feeding and correction before gluing.

3. Air suction pass the cutted film preciously to the window area for gluing.

4. Shaped film must be cutted well before appliaction on this machine, so it can do various shaped box.

5. PLC, man-machine interface, central control are adopted to realize the automatic functions of box feeding, conveying, gluing, film patching and collecting before folding boxes.

6. Screen printing glue applicater with even and solid glue application on the box.

7. Button and touch screen setting for easy operation.
